Douglas Settel:

Douglas Settel is a proud Managing Partner at Goldberg & Osborne and has worked exclusively in Plaintiff’s personal injury at the firm since graduating from DePaul University College of Law in 1998 with his Juris Doctor degree. Since becoming a partner, Mr. Settel is dedicated to guiding Goldberg & Osborne in the firm’s ongoing mission to support local and state communities as an advocate for the rights of injury victims.

Mr. Settel and his seasoned staff have assisted accident victims in the East Valley for more than 20 years in their pursuit of justice during their time of greatest need. His commitment to fight for the rights of injured clients remains unwavering to this day, with outcomes often surpassing client expectations through decades of experience, hard work, and continued perfection of his legal craft.

Mr. Settel has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1998 and the United States District Court of Arizona since 2004. He also holds memberships with the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Arizona Association for Justice, and the Maricopa County Bar Association.

In his free time, Mr. Settel enjoys exercise and outdoor activities to help keep his mind sharp and body in shape. In addition, he gladly contributes to various Phoenix-area charities.  Mr. Settel respects this great nation, the Constitution,  and all of the men and women who have faithfully served both.

 

Page Chancellor:

Ms. Page Chancellor is a Managing Partner at Goldberg & Osborne and has been happily working for the firm since 1994, only two years removed from receiving her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona School of Law (James E. Rogers College of Law) while completing a judicial clerkship with the Navajo County Superior Court in Holbrook, Arizona.

During those two years following law school, Ms. Chancellor became a member of the State Bar of Arizona in 1992 and the State Bar of California in 1993. She is currently admitted to practice in the United States District Court in Arizona, the United States District Court in California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

As a Managing Partner at Goldberg & Osborne, Ms. Chancellor regularly meets with Firm lawyers, reviews case files, and makes sure that Goldberg & Osborne meets or exceeds all of the Firm’s clients’ expectations. She takes great pride in every 5-star review left by clients and is quick to congratulate every single legal staff member that worked on each case.

The creation and implementation of Goldberg & Osborne Policies and Procedures are overseen by Ms. Chancellor, and she also conducts in-house seminars for staff members so they can continue to improve and grow in their roles.

Ms. Chancellor practice is devoted exclusively to Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Law and has specifically focused on large, catastrophic cases generally involving defective products, wrongful death, or catastrophic injuries. She has obtained settlements and jury verdicts of over $1 Million for her clients.  In addition, Ms. Chancellor has argued successfully in front of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and spoken on lien issues for the Pima County Bar and the Arizona Trial Lawyers.

Ms. Chancellor previously sat as the Chair of the State Bar Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Specialization Advisory Commission and continues to sit on this Commission to this day.

Charitable organizations are near and dear to Ms. Chancellor heart. She has sat on the Board of numerous local charities, including Tucson Zoological Society and Ben’s Bells.  Previously, she served as the President of the Tucson Zoological Society. She continues to assist the Zoological Society on their Legal Committee. She sat as the Capital Campaign Chair for the Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona, even winning the Volunteer Philanthropist of Southern Arizona in 2019.  She has previously been named Remarkable Mom by TuNudito and Outstanding Volunteer for Catalina Foothills School District.

Ms. Chancellor has proudly lived in Tucson since 1976. She has twin daughters, Caroline and Libby, and loves to snow ski and play golf in her spare time.

 

Marc Kamin:

Marc Kamin became a Partner at Goldberg & Osborne in 2021 after working at the firm since 1998, originally in the Litigation Department and then in 2002 as Managing Attorney at the Metro Center office as well as the Glendale office that opened in 2008. In addition, Marc took over managing the Northern Arizona offices in Prescott and Flagstaff in 2014 and continues to manage those offices currently.

Prior to 1998, Mr. Kamin spent three years practicing Criminal Law where he gained invaluable litigation and particularly trial experience. Personal Injury Law and working on behalf of injury victims was ultimately his calling which led to Marc joining Goldberg & Osborne as a Litigation Attorney.

A Toronto, Canada native with ice hockey in his veins, Mr. Kamin began his undergraduate work at Montana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992.  In college, his extra-curricular activities included 4-year membership of the Varsity tennis team, in which the last two years he acted as a team captain.

While at the Gonzaga University School of Law, Mr.Kamin met his wife, Tiffany, who is also a personal injury attorney at Goldberg & Osborne and has been working at the firm since being admitted to the Arizona Bar. During law school, Marc interned for the City of Spokane and also helped coach the Gonzaga Men’s Tennis Team.

Mr. Kamin’s clients appreciate that he and his staff genuinely care about their case outcome, provide regular updates regarding their case, and treat them with compassion and empathy following a traumatic experience.

In his spare time, Mr. Kamin enjoys playing hockey, golf, and spending time with his family. He has participated in various charities throughout the years including Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers, Icemen That Care, the Courthouse Experience, and the Tanner Catalano Foundation.
