Fought hard with the insurance company

My mother was in a car accident and injured herself. We asked G&O for help and were assisted by Rocio. She was wonderful to us. From the very being beginning, she explained the process, answered all our questions and was available whenever we needed her assistance with anything. The process was not easy either since the person that crashed into my mother’s vehicle had not filed a claim with her insurance, and the police report took months to be sent to G&O. During the process, Rocío always kept us updated.

Attorney Bill Bacon was appointed to my mother’s case. Bill paid great attention, fought hard with the insurance company to ensure that she received the best compensation possible, and even discounted his fees so my mother could be fully compensated for her injuries. Rocio also ensured that the chiropractor could lower their fees so my mother’s compensation could be greater. Again, during the entire process, Rocio and Bill kept us updated and informed. We always felt we were in the good hands. We’re felt secure in our decision. We will definitely count on G&O to help us out if we ever need them again. We couldn’t have done this without them!
