Above and beyond my expectations

My experience with the Goldberg and Osborne injury law firm was above and beyond my expectations. This was my very first accident and I was very shaken up by the whole situation. Thankfully the legal team that held precedence over my case, Ro and Boone we’re more than understanding; very empathetic on the fact that I was shaken up. Ro was so kind and professional. She always gave me detailed information on how my case was progressing explaining every question that I might need addressed.
If she was unable to answer my questions I spoke with the attorney Boone myself.
Boone is a very empowering attorney, who puts his client’s needs in top priority! My case wasn’t looking like the outcome I was wanting in the middle; they weren’t accepting liability and it was clearly the other driver’s fault. Boone is so confident in his skills of the law. It definitely kept me calm while patiently waiting as he flexed his legal muscle! And it paid off!
My case was 100% WON! The driver’s adjuster didn’t want to pay! Boone said “no, sir we don’t play.” (Definitely paraphrasing) 🙂

It would be dreadful if I had to endure going through this process again, being in an accident is a very scary life-altering experience. However, if ever you need an attorney that cares just know that Goldberg and Osborne will be there.
