Working with both Suzanne and Mike was such a seamless process during one of the worst moments in my life. There was an obvious case I presented to them and following my consultation with Mike, Suzanne guided the process autonomously answering any and all questions I had. If I had a question at any moment in where we were timeline-wise, she was on it! And in the event she wasn’t positive on the answer, she had Mike give me a call within a quick time that was more than reasonable. Mike was great in his guidance and recommendations on how to proceed at certain points which Suzanne was able to reiterate in the even that I forgot a certain detail. Overall, outstanding work. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Suzanne for being such a sweetheart and thank you Mike for giving me rational guidance despite me being a little emotional over certain aspects, both of your patience is so appreciated!
