Took a stressful situation and made it easy to handle

Eva Gonzalez went above and beyond my expectations. When it came to helping me with my claim, paperwork, and stuff that is not her job she was still there to guide and help me in the right direction. With it being my first time dealing with an accident, she held my hand the whole way through the process and was patient with me. Thanks to Eva she took a stressful situation and made it easy to handle.
