School: Shasta earned two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
Ms. Nolte is a litigation attorney with the firm. She was born in St. Anthony, Idaho and enlisted in the United States in Navy in 1995. After her honorable discharge from the Navy, she graduated with Honors from the University of Texas in 2003 with degrees in Psychology and Government. She attended the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2011. Her first book, “Analysis of International Arbitration Rule” was published on January 30, 2011.
In law school, Ms. Nolte wanted to focus in a field of law where she could do the greatest good and help people repair their lives. She interned for a personal injury attorney which appealed to her because of the significant client contact and ample ability to assist people through difficult situations.
After graduating law school, Ms. Nolte worked in San Antonio, Texas in the areas of insurance subrogation and defense. She moved to Arizona in 2012 and since then has practiced in a variety of litigation areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, residential and commercial landlord and tenant law, real estate transactions, construction defect, business disputes, and collections.
Ms. Nolte has prevailed in numerous arbitrations and several jury trials. She has appeared in a wide variety of venues, including the Superior Courts of Maricopa, Yavapai, Pinal and Pima Counties, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings.
Ms. Nolte adores her husband of sixteen years and together they are raising three beautiful children. Shasta enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, camping and skiing. She enjoys travel, reading and crochet.
