Michael Moldoveanu

Michael Moldoveanu is a District Managing Attorney at Goldberg & Osborne for the firm’s Phoenix East Valley and Mohave County offices. He handles both pre-litigation and litigation matters and counsels clients from case inception through jury trial. Mr. Moldoveanu has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured victims, including multiple seven figure settlements. As the District Managing Attorney, Mr. Moldoveanu mentors and supervises several of the firm’s attorney’s and is responsible for the smooth operation of his offices. 

Born in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Mr. Moldoveanu relocated to Vancouver, B.C. at an early age. After spending several years in Canada, Mr. Moldoveanu settled in Seattle, Washington where he earned his undergraduate degree in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington, where he graduated cum laude and was initiated in the Phi Beta Kappa honors society.

Mr. Moldoveanu next moved to Arizona and earned his law degree from the University of Arizona School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Moldoveanu competed for the Arizona Law trial team and taught both undergraduates and international L.L.M candidates in a variety of law-related topics. He also volunteered for several clinics with Southern Arizona Legal Aid, leading him to be named the Outstanding Student Volunteer for the Month of August 2011.

Prior to joining Goldberg & Osborne, Mr. Moldoveanu practiced at another local personal injury firm and worked as a law clerk for Judge Borek and Judge Marner at the Pima County Superior Court. Early in his legal career, Mr. Moldoveanu developed a passion for helping victims through their personal injuries. He has worked his whole career tirelessly advocating for individuals who were hurt through no fault of their own. Mr. Moldoveanu takes pride in fighting for his clients all the way through jury trials, where he has secured successful results. 

Mr. Moldoveanu is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Arizona, State of Washington, and the United States District Court, District of Arizona. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and new born baby. When not chasing his child around the house, Mr. Moldoveanu enjoys watching and playing all kinds of sports, going to movies, and cooking for his family.
