Linda McKenzie

School: Linda earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and graduated with a LL.M in Health Law form the University of Houston Law Center.

 

Linda McKenzie is a registered nurse with eighteen years of experience in maternal-child nursing.  In 2001, she moved with her family to Tucson where she attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school she was a member of the Arizona Law Review, serving as Senior Articles Editor from 2003-2004. Ms. McKenzie graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2004. She then continued her legal education at the University of Houston Law Center, graduating with a LL.M. in Health Law in 2006.

Ms. McKenzie began her legal practice in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2006. There she represented health care providers in various civil and administrative law matters. She joined Goldberg & Osborne in 2009 and limits her practice to the representation of plaintiffs in medical malpractice litigation.

Ms. McKenzie has done extensive scholarly research and writing on regulation of health care. She has published in the Arizona Law Review, the Journal of Law and Health, and the Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy.

Ms. McKenzie has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 2005 and the State Bar of Nevada since 2007. She is admitted to practice before Arizona and Nevada state courts as well as the United States District Court in the Districts of Nevada and Arizona. Ms. McKenzie is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
