If you think you recognize Barry, you’ve probably seen one of the many TV commercials he’s filmed on behalf of the firm. Barry has been a practicing attorney since 1992 and has been with Goldberg & Osborne since 1994.
Barry graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, where he was an award-winning member of the school’s Moot Court team. Barry is licensed to practice law in both California and Arizona.
Barry managed Goldberg & Osborne’s Metro Center Office from 1994-2002, during which time he developed a following that still brings him repeat and referral business to this day. Since 2002, Barry has been a trial attorney with the firm’s litigation department at Arcadia Crossing.
As a successful litigation attorney, Barry spends most of his time preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trials, although he still handles non-litigation cases for those referred to him by both colleagues and past and present clients. No case is too big or too small. When he’s working on your case, it’s his biggest case.
Aside from a law degree, Barry also has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Corrections. Barry also attended a one year comic book art workshop in 1975, taught by famed Marvel Comics’ artist, John Buscema, self-publishing his own comic book in 1981.
Before joining the legal profession, Barry spent twelve years working in the field of social services, in recreation and diversion programs for at-risk youth, training programs for welfare mothers, shelters for homeless families, and transitional living shelters for homless adolescents. Barry strongly believes that his experience working in a variety of social service settings brings him an empathy that helps him understand the range of emotional needs of his clients in his job as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney.
